Tiredness and Fatigue - are very common symptoms. Viral infections are rife. Generally I do need to see each person to boost your immune system and get the wheels in motion. However Echinacea is a great anti-viral remedy from the Health Food Store as is VIR Homeopathy Remedy.

Energy - Magnesium is King. Zinc is Queen. There are many types, personally I prefer liquid form to go directly into blood stream. Personally I use Epigenetics from the Uk because they are superior to all else on the common market. Health food shops are ok. As for chemists and franchise stores, usually they don't have much affect at all, they rarely test well and usually test as taking more energy than they give.

Worms - probably 70% of people who come to see me have worms. Black Walnut sorts it every time. Nature's Answer from Health food shop version works well. 20 drops in water at night for about 6 weeks. Children require less. There is a homeopathy remedy possibly called Vermox. Have to yet to find the chemical version works at all. If you wake every night, have skin rashes, leg ulcers, anxiety or suffer OCD this is very possible consideration.

Fungus - fungus in the gut, is no fun at all. Decent probiotics will clear it up. Get a powdered version if you can and take the very last thing at night when stomach acids are low to ensure it reaches the git and colon.

Stomach Bacteria - Hylicobacter Pylori is a common one and I alwaya find Gluten shows week when this bacteria is in the tummy. Nature's Way Liquid Cayenne Pepper sorts it right out. Beware! Its hot hot hot!!! Will warm you mouth for about 20 seconds. For those that get the 3pm slump, another shot in the afternoon lifts you out of that slump.

Sciatic Nerve - have seen so many sciatic nerve pains. Nerve pain is probably one of the worst, like an electric shock. There is no remedy, there is only adjustment. Usually I find the L5 and Sacrum and twisted and sitting awkwardly. Can be related also to the lower body hormones being out of balance which affects the muscles pulling in unsymmetrical tension keeping the bones stuck. All these muscles require Vitamin E and Omega Oils. Normally takes 2 - 3 sessions to release the joints.

Also, if you want to move old toxic oil from your body (think of every chippy you have ever had!!) put new oil in. Avacado's, nuts and seeds are good oils to move old oils out. Flax seed Oil, Linseed and Coconut Oil. Walnuts are great for brain, can be got in oil form. However best not to cook with essential oils as you body super absorbs them. Cooking with an oil your body is indifferent about better!
